Prairie High School art teacher Kristie Vinyard, 45, was diagnosed with Stage 4 melanoma earlier this spring. The single mom of three is currently undergoing treatment to try to stop the cancer from continuing to spread. The community has rallied around Vinyard and raised over $13,000 for her medical expenses.
