Olivia Devaull volunteered as a bell ringer at the Fort Vancouver commemoration for the 150th anniversary of the Civil War surrender by Robert E. Lee at Appomattox. She dressed up in wool trousers with an 1860s calvary saber around her waist and an 1851 revolver on her back.
